What's your Return policy?

Returns Policy

Yes we accept returns, however we currently do not accept returns for refunds. We allow returns for store credit within 30 days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tag(s) on.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Bodysuits/Bathing Suit and accessories are ALL final sale.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How can I Return?

Rules for returning your items:

1. Tag must be on the products.

2. Items must have original packaging.

3. Must return with the "Return Postcard"

Postcards are sent in every order. This postcard will help us identify your order number and reason for your return. This is why it is mediatory to provide it.

Lost your post card, here is a copy. Go ahead and print it out, fill it out, and send it with your returns. 


How much is the return shipping fee?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can I Cancel my order?

We know how excited you are to receive your newly placed order, once you placed your order our team are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:

General Shipping Info


We are currently shipping domestic orders only, due to COVID-19.

Orders are processed with timeframe and shipping may vary depending on your selection at checkout. Orders are processed monday-friday with the exception of National Holidays were carriers do not pickup packages.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is  entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes CNA REPUBLIC to import the goods on her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees CNA REPUBLIC may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.


Order processing time?


All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take up to 5 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & Timeline

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from cnarepublic.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. 

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

CNA REPUBLIC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please keep in mind that once your order is handed over to the carrier, your order is now out of our control.

Fraud order canceled?


While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our company. CNA REPUBLIC reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, CNA REPUBLIC reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, CNA REPUBLIC reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Out of stock item?


If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
